There is a strong probability that the Pentagon and the CIA attacked Iraq on at least two occasions with chemical and biological banned weapons in 1991. That further exposes the hypocrisy of the US campaign to eradicate the alleged but hitherto undiscovered WMDs in Iraq and other nations.
