The animation industry in Zambia is fast gaining popularity, thanks in part to a pioneer in the field, Tabitha Mwale, a self-taught animator with a mission to spread the country’s talents in animatics to the world. Tabitha is the originator of Zambia’s first-ever anime series, but isn’t content yet. She has set her eyes on turning Africa into an animation hub.
