Influential illustrator, comic artist, filmmaker, musician Dave McKean (Neil Gaiman’s Sandman, Grant Morrison’s Arkham Asylum, Luna) new’ comic book Black Dog: The Dreams of Paul Nash is a uniquely original exploration of the life, imagination and ‘dreams’ of Paul Nash.
In this film we talk to Dave about Nash’s work as a war artist and how his landscape paintings are just as much ‘psychological spaces’ as geographical places.
