That quote encompasses what "intelligence" IS (as the video above asserts*).
I have met higher education recipients oblivious of the difference between memorizing data and knowledge (they will brag about their(some family member) oral exam in college (which is to test students' verbal communication skills anyway), 'cause some racists are out there selling the narrative that I know nothing, memorize nothing).
Racists, people.
