The first Christian bible was found in Egypt, and the first illustrated Christian Bible was written in Ethiopia. 

I once told a cleaning lady in the BenSaúde Palace that Christianity reached Africa before it came to Europe after she suggested with malice that Islam is the Religion of Africans.

Ethiopia was the first nation that recognised Islam as a Religion and protected its initial members. 

Multiculturalism is nothing new in Africa.
