This is Urumqi, Xinjiang, in China's west.

As you can see from the modernity this city, the GDP of Xinjiang has dramatically increased. The GDP was 543.75 billion yuan in 2010 to 1.774 trillion yuan in 2022. Its wealth tripled in just over a decade.
