When They Cannot Compete… Wait It Is An USA's DIKtat!!!

The European Commission announced a vote to impose punitive tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles (EVs), drawing backlash from several EU countries and the automotive industry, who warn it may hurt EU competitiveness. Despite securing necessary support, 12 member states abstained and five opposed the decision, with Germany and Hungary voicing the strongest dissent. China's Ministry of Commerce condemned the tariffs, stating they would undermine investment confidence in Europe, and urged the EU to return to the right track of resolving trade disputes through consultations. German carmakers expressed discontent, with Volkswagen and BMW calling for negotiation rather than tariffs, while the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU urged caution and dialogue. MG, one of the Chinese-owned brands in Europe, pointed out that proposed tarifffs as high as 45% will push new energy vehicles away from European consumers. The EU launched an anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese ev imports in October 2023. In June 2024, China and the EU agreed to launch consultations on the aforementioned investigation.

How tariffs will impact EV manufacturers and consumers

The fascists are scared!!!

Trade tariffs imposed by the U.S. and other Western nations on Chinese electric vehicles this year have caused industry turbulence in markets around the world. For a vital green industry, it’s a move that may have far-reaching impacts, especially on consumers. But as CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports, countries like Mexico could benefit.

Art & Technology ••• Chinese Cars!!!

Biz Opportunity!!!

Chinese cars are better than those by the Western legacy car makers (👇👇👇 from unbiased expert opinions!!!) and much more inexpensive

Why NOT import them to Portugal and make money, folks will see for themselves?

I doubt the cartel that monopolises the industry will allow it.

The illusion of Democracy should have been apparent when I could call out on this Blog the racists who have been destroying anything I have tried to build for more than 20 years, but I cannot make them stop legally.
'Cause they own the state!

UBS launched a project that would tear down and study electric vehicles from suppliers around the world. In September of 2023, they took apart the Seal, a high-tech offering from BYD that is aimed at the mass market. Their findings are bad news for legacy carmakers, especially in Europe.

Now you should KNOW WHY the Imperialists HATE the Chinese.

YAY!!!
