Yet great Sino-American cultural exchange results from this act of protest as ordinary American and Chinese people, driven by curiosity, took time to learn about each others' lives. Chinese users on RedNote took time to show Americans how they live their lives in China. Americans are shocked and surprised by the quality of life of average Chinese citizens
