As an African, this is a reminder of the worst kind of racism, the one directed toward ourselves, I know it is an heritage of colonialism ( the colonisation of Africa and the bondage conditions of Africans scattered all over the world was unique in all aspects and the scars of reverse racism is the biggest ordeal )
To me this is the biggest problem to tackle for the future generation well being.
